The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E service for the project below:
The work included in the scope of A-E Title I Services (Design Phase Services) for this design project encompasses replacement of the existing 150 KVA pole-mounted transformer with a new pad-mounted transformer of the same size, interior and exterior facility lighting, and HBO panelboards; collecting/reviewing project data and records; developing design concepts and cost estimates; attendance and participation in review meetings; and making revisions requested by the Government. The contractor is expected to submit intermediate design documents and ultimately produce a complete design based on specified requirements.
Architect and Engineering design services are not unique requirements only procured by military.
The contract schedule set forth in the statement of work requires a delivery of 100% in 141 calendar days.
