Vehicle Description • Four (4) 2025 Chevrolet Tahoes (4WD depending on awarded dealer specs) • Vehicles will be shipped from: 670 Automotive Drive, Colorado Springs, CO Upfitting Requirements • Full upfit per the attached equipment specification list (refer to Attachment A: Equipment Worksheet). • Equipment to include but not be limited to: emergency lighting, sirens, console systems, prisoner transport systems, power distribution modules, and radio prep. • All components must be new and installed per manufacturer standards and industry best practices. • All lighting and accessory equipment must be fully programmed, tested, and operational prior to shipping. Labor and Materials • Vendor must provide all labor, wiring, hardware, brackets, fasteners, and consumables necessary for a professional and complete installation. • Any modification to OEM parts or structure must be clearly identified and approved prior to execution. Shipping and Logistics • Vendor is responsible for vehicle transport from the Colorado Springs dealership to the upfitting facility. • Final shipping from the upfitting facility to Fairbanks, Alaska will be managed separately by the City of Fairbanks. • Upfitted vehicles must be ready for shipment within four (4) months of receiving each vehicle.
