Provide fire plans review for proposed sites and structures for compliance with the International Fire Code 2018 Edition and City of Fairbanks Ordinance 6158, as the same may be amended, updated, or otherwise modified from time to time. The successful respondent shall acknowledge receipt of documents transmitted by the City within 24 hours. Will then review transmitted documents and provide a detailed review summary, no later than ten-business days following receipt by the respondent. Respondent will respond to inquiries by customers and city staff, prior to and during the plan review process within 24 hours. The successful respondent will use the city generated permit number for all correspondence with the Fire Department or other City Departments. This correspondence includes but is not limited to, emails about a specific project, review and change request for projects, and all billing invoices sent to the Fire Department for payment. Only jobs that are sent to the respondent will be billable to the City. The respondent will not answer questions for contractors about city fees or other matters, and should direct all calls for clarification to the Fire Department. If the respondent answers phone calls or questions from contractors or other outside companies this will not be billable to the City
