The successful consultant will assist in developing project scope(s) based on the Borough’s determined project and will complete the required EDA-Disaster2025 construction project related documentation. Each of the two PER documents will include the following components to meet the Economic Development Administration (EDA), FY 2025 Disaster Supplemental (EDADisaster-2025) program requirements, according to the EDA-published Engineering Information, Appendix A AND Appendix B to this RFQ, for grant application support: • Project Overview • Project Drawings • Construction Cost Estimate • Project Constraints • Proposed Method of Construction • Number of Construction Contracts Anticipated • Project Permits • Project Schedule • Environmental Narrative
