Specifications include, but are not limited to: Single Belly Dump: Single dumps to have a minimum capacity of 20 Tons.; Double Belly Dump: Double dumps to have a minimum capacity of 30 Tons.; Side Dump Trailer: Side dumps to have a minimum capacity of 20 Tons.; Work to be performed with the Fairbanks Area, any work requested beyond 100 miles of the Fairbanks City Limits will allow for an additional charge, quotes must be provided and approved prior to any work outside of this range.; “Wet” rentals include all fuels and fluids required for operation. No additional charges shall be accepted for these.; All work to be directed the designee appointed by the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.; Time will start at the Fairbanks Maintenance & Operations (M&O) station located at 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks AK, and end when the combination is back to the Fairbanks M&O Station.; Lot 1: Equipment offered must be capable of hauling HMA. When hauling (HMA), the trailers will be equipped with tarps, and gates and will be sufficiently tight to not leak HMA.; Lot 2: Equipment to be used for hauling snow, or similarly related duties.; This is an “As Needed” contract. The State does not guarantee any minimum purchase resulting from this solicitation. Quantities listed are only estimates and will be used in evaluating responses.; Equipment offered for this solicitation must meet all pertinent Federal and State safety standards. Any equipment not meeting these standards shall be rejected. No charges will be accepted for any rejected equipment.
