Coatings3.2.Administer the Port’s Alaska Pollution Discharge Elimination System (APDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit, including providing implementation and compliance guidance, training, and the preparation and submission of required documentation.3.3.In accordance with ADEC requirements, monitor and report on groundwater and soil contamination on POA property.3.4.Provide monitoring of the POA’s corrosion control systems. This includes both impressed current and galvanic anode systems on marine structures and petroleum pipelines. 3.5.Provide electrical engineering support for the operations and maintenance of electronic access control and CCTV systems.
