Provide assessment on bus washing bay water tempering. i. Perform and provide full geotechnical samples for soil and water contamination. j. Perform Hazmat testing for ACM, Lead and PCB materials. k. Provide assessment on underground drainage full scope with video recording. l. Provide assessment on existing oil and water separator. m. Provide assessment of restroom fixture count. n. Provide cost estimate with 65% and 95% design submittal.
