1. On or around the 5th and 20 of each month, walk the entire property (see outlined areas in Attachment 1) to clean the land of trash and debris. If any established camps are found, a photo of the location will be sent to contact at the TLO. 2. Brush clearing around the property at the time of issuance of this contract and again in July 2026. 3. Posting of “No Camping, No Dumping” signs, to be provided by the TLO, as directed and in locations identified by the TLO. 4. On the next scheduled visit, all remaining trash and debris will be hauled away. Recycle any available items and haul remaining items to the municipal landfill. 5. At the conclusion of each visit, a summary of work will be provided to the TLO along with photos of work completed along with a copy of the receipt.
