Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Palmer (City) is seeking professional services of a qualified consultant to provide a brand and way finding plan for the community of Palmer, Alaska. The consultant must have expertise in graphic design, signage and municipal way finding to prepare a unified family of directional and identification signage within, and leading into, the downtown area as well as gateway signage at major city in-roads. The brand and way finding plan should further the community’s interest in attracting new residents, businesses, visitors, and support its commitment to existing businesses, arts, recreation, and Palmer’s history and culture. This process will include research and analysis, creative development, and an implementation plan. The process must involve substantial public input.
