Specifications include, but are not limited to: This federally funded contract is for Property Maintenance Services for various residential and commercial properties under the responsibility of the Central Region of the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities. The services to be provided shall be as described in the specifications and include inspections, snow plowing, trash removal, maintenance services, and round the clock on-call responsibilities. The Contractor shall provide in a timely manner all equipment, tools, supplies, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish the services in compliance with the contract requirements. The state may opt to offer renewal of this contract for five (5) additional one (1) year periods.
