Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Develop, an assessment and review of current (past three years) media communications efforts of CDVSA branding, Public Service Announcement (PSA), placement approach, materials, strengths and challenges with current approach;2.Provide a plan for creative development and graphic design for media/educational materials determined needed by CDVSA staff. Create, buy space for, and/or outsource printing for materials such as**:a.CDVSA Annual Report;b.Infographics to “tell a story” with our data;c.Electronic Brochures;d.Electronic and Print Educational posters and materials (re: topics such as teen dating violence, AK Safe Children’s Act, prevention programs, etc.);e.Graphic design elements for our state website.3.Creative development and design of potential new public service announcements, audio and visual as determined by CDVSA staff;4.Organize focus groups with the populations to be served to review and provide feedback on proposed messaging for all newly developed media materials organize and conduct. This service will be as appropriate and in consultation with CDVSA staff; 5.Coordinate with CDVSA staff to develop an annual media-buy schedule, recommending most effective and cost-efficient media outlets per region. Coordinate with Alaska media outlets for PSA placement for television, print, radio and social media with specific attention to Domestic Violence Awareness month (October); Teen Dating Violence Awareness month (February); and Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April);**6.Develop a plan for evaluating CDVSA’s post-buy media outreach impact, reach and influence to include analysis comparing TV estimated audience delivery to actual delivery and for radio to determine proper separation between spots, how many ads aired on both TV and radio and at what times;7.Submit a Year-End report recapping CDVSA’s strategic communication approach, implementation and outcome. In addition, the Year-End report will include copies (on an external jump drive) of all materials, graphics and related creative materials developed for the campaign.
