General Description: Chinook ES Pod 4 Demolition, 3101 W 88th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99502 B. Construction: The base bid encompasses the demolition of the 1984 Pod 4 addition to the school. The scope includes all associated demolition and abatement work, as well as the repair and restoration of all exterior doors, walls, site elements, and utilities impacted by the demolition. C. Sequence the start, conduct and completion of Work as required in Section 00200, Project Schedule Milestone Dates.
