This scope of work includes annual cleaning of exterior envelope glazing at two (2) properties in Anchorage, including inside and outside of all windows, glass doors, and spandrels. Interior mullions and frames to be wiped clean and dried. Exterior mullions and frames will also be wiped clean where needed. This scope of work is to also include cleaning of PVC roofs at two (2) properties in Anchorage. All debris must be removed from roofs such as, leaves, branches, dirt, etc. PVC roofs must be cleaned using PVC approved cleaner to avoid discoloration or erosion to surface. Any damaged caused during cleaning activities must be repaired at contractor’s expense. Roof at 4300 Boniface is approximately 24,000 SF and has water access on roof top via standard hose bib. Roof at 440 Benson is approximately 8,000 SF and has water access at exterior ground level.
