The Services required by the Contract resulting from this RFQ consists of cleaning two times per year the following: (1) approximately 225 windows, inside and outside, at the State Capitol Building; (2) approximately 150 windows, inside and outside, at the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building; (3) approximately 55 windows, inside and outside, at the Thomas Stewart Legislative Office Building; (4) approximately 18 windows, inside and outside, on the Sky Bridge connecting the State Capitol and Thomas Stewart Legislative Office Building; (5) the State Capitol parking garage windows inside and outside; (6) the inside and outside of the State Capitol courtyard canopies; (7) approximately 14 windows, inside and outside, at the Legislative Finance Office Building; and beginning the fall of 2026 (8) approximately 150 windows, outside only at the Assembly Building Apartments.
