The Offeror will host the APFC web site, apfc.org, and offer a content management system that enables non-technical APFC staff to efficiently maintain and update content and design. The Offeror will provide graphical design consulting and programming, and work closely with APFC to ensure apfc.org is a high-functioning, effective and contemporary site from the perspectives of both the public facing site and the content management system. The Offeror will maintain regular, consistent and effective communications with APFC staff and will be timely and accountable in every aspect of the contractual relationship. The overall scope of work falls within the following general categories: a Site hosting, development and maintenance b Content management system (CMS) c Regular and other communications d Training e Other support and contingencies No additional specifications were given.
