The Consultant shall provide professional Naval Architecture services to retain and manage specific vessel incident response files and emergency 24-7 phone numbers/ protocol in the event that AMHS must respond to a vessel incident. The consultant would use the incident response files to respond to AMHS stability assessment requests and other activities associated with such an emergency. The project consists of establishing and maintaining a specific set of vessel drawings and documents intended to be used in the event of a vessel incident. The Consultant shall establish a protocol for being contacted, an understanding of what information relating to the vessel condition would be communicated, what support is needed and a time line on assessing the current situation.
