The scope of work for this project includes the contractor to furnish, install and perform all work necessary to complete the 3600 Spenard Heat Conversion project as described in the contract documents, adhering to all applicable local, state, & federal regulatory codes and standards. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, removing existing VRF water source heat pump and terminal equipment serving all three floors of the building and replace with fan coil units connected to existing boiler system. This project will be done in two (2) phases. Phase 1 will be for the first floor only and Phase 2 will be for floors 2 & 3. CIHA anticipates that Phase 1 will be done in 2025, and Phase 2 will be done in the Spring of 2026
