The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, is soliciting bids for four (two pair) of outboard motors as replacements for two separate vessels. Both boats are Munson Landing Crafts, one 28 feet in length and one 30 feet in length. One boat is in Seward, Alaska and the other in Homer, Alaska. Boats can be trailered to the successful bidder for installation. • Outboard motors must be 250HP, 25-inch lower unit outboards with one standard rotation and one counterrotating per pair and have associated tilt/trim, throttle, steering components, tachometers and stainless steel propellors for functional use. • Outboard motors must be the same for each vessel. • Acceptable motor brands: Yamaha, Honda, or Suzuki outboards or State approved equivalent. • Installation includes the removal of current outboard motors, associated tilt/trim, throttle, steering components, tachometers and installation of the new outboard motors, associated tilt/trim, throttle, steering components, tachometers and propellors
