Contractor shall perform the following regular services and management tasks at the Facility on an as-needed or scheduled basis, as determined by Owner. A. Ice Installation and Removal- Contractor shall install ice and remove ice at the facility on an as-needed/scheduled basis determined by Owner B. Rink Boards, Glass, Nets, Goals, Netting, and Fencing. Routine maintenance of the rink boards and glass shall include, but not be limited to, light repair work, removal of puck marks, and cleaning. The contractor may request that the Owner assist with this maintenance as needed. C. Line Kit/Ice Paint. Contractor shall install the line kit(s) and apply ice paint as needed. D. Ice Edging The City of Kenai owns the ice edging machine. Contractor shall perform ice edge maintenance E. Ice Resurfacing. The City of Kenai owns the ice resurfacing machine. Contractor shall perform ice resurfacing operations at scheduled times for ice reservations. Ice reservations are scheduled based on a standard 15-minute ice resurfacing time. F. Routine Maintenance of Ice Resurfacing Machine. Contractor shall perform the following routine maintenance operation of the ice resurfacing machine.
