The Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission DBA U.S. Space & Rocket Center seeks sealed bids for new Kitchen Equipment.
The Public Bid is comprised of several pieces of equipment as specified below.
Two (2) Each: Frymaster/Dean Model No. FPPH255 or its equivalent.

Fryer, gas, hi‐efficiency, (2) 50 lb. capacity each, built‐in filtration, open fry pot design, automatic melt cycle, boil‐out temp control, electronic ignition, center mounted RTD, 1° compensating temperature probe, includes: rack‐type basket support, basket hanger & twin baskets, stainless steel fry pots, doors & cabinet, casters, 160,000 BTU, NSF, CSA, cCSAus, ENERGY STAR®, Enerlogic® Dimensions 45.63(h) x 31.38(w) x 29.63(d). To Include Full frypot, CM3.5 Controller, 120v/60/1‐ph, 9 amps, natural gas, 6" caster, and 8239426 Frymaster® Cover, full pot, 15‐1/8" W x 20‐1/4" D, stainless steel (H55, MJ50, MJ40, GF40, GF14). Including a Start‐Up Program that includes gas pressure check, gas plumbing size, wiring inspection, proper basket lift operation, cleaning of all frypots with damp rag/paper towels, controller check & programming demonstration, inspection of vent hood & demonstration of the proper use & care of the filter system.

Oven Package, gas, double stack, now with easy Touch™ controls, includes (2) complete ovens with glass access window, radiant finger setup, take‐off shelves and high‐stand with casters, 40,000 BTU, 120v/60/1‐ph, 7.0 amps (per oven). To include 1 yr. standard warranty per oven, must be natural gas, 18"W, reversible conveyor, front removable and belt direction, right to left: Oven #1 & #2.

Gas Connection Hose Kit. Moveable Gas Connection Kit, 1" I.D., 48" long, stainless steel corrugated tubing & radial wrap with green antimicrobial PVC coating, (1) quick disconnect, (1) 360° swivel, (1) full port valve, (2) 90° elbows, restraining cable with mounting hardware, 334K BTU/hr minimum flow capacity.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission d/b/a U.S. Space and Rocket Center at the office of Sam Mitchell, Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, at the ETF Building Room #109, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 from 2/26/24 until Tuesday 03/19/24 at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
