An Optional Prebid meeting being held on Thursday November 9th, 2023, at 2:00PM CST in room 109 of the ETF Bldg. located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, 1 Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. This meeting will allow all potential bidders the opportunity to walk through a guided tour of the museum to familiarize themselves with the facility.

BID SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS

Since this RFQ is not job specific, please submit on company letterhead, your hourly rate sheet for all labor expected to be required to perform the general painting duties as listed above.
Materials and Equipment will be charged at Cost plus 10%.
Additional Bid Documents Required include, Certificate of Insurance, E-Verify, Al Vendor Disclosure Statement, Al GC License, and Company W9 form.

All bidders must show evidence of license before bidding or bid will not be received or considered by the Owner. The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
