Sealed proposals will be received by the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission d/b/a U.S. Space and Rocket Center at the office of Sam Mitchell, Director of Procurement, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, at the ETF Building 1st Floor, Room #109, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805 until Thursday 07/24/25 at 2:00pm CST. At which time and place, each seal bid will be publicly opened and read into the record.
You may also submit your seal bid prior to public bid opening to the Director of Procurement, for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, by coming in person to the Administration Entrance located at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, One Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Al 35805. You may also mail your seal bid using a reliable & trackable delivery method to the street address listed and by the time and due date shown.
Electronic Bids submitted via Email will be accepted provided they are received by the time and due date shown above.
