Ballast and Bulbs installation Refer to the specification. One-time installation for the interior of the St. Clair County DHR facility.• Replace non-functional and outdated light bulbs and ballasts with materials provided by DHR and verified on-site during the visit.• Approximate materials required include: o (19) – 2ft emergency bulbs o (19) – 2ft regular bulbs o (20) – 4ft regular bulbs o (5) – emergency ballasts o (9) – regular ballasts o Exact quantities and fixture compatibility shall be determined at the site visit.• Remove existing non-functional bulbs and ballasts.• Install new bulbs and ballasts in designated fixtures, ensuring all components are properly wired and secured.• Ensure full fixture functionality – not limited to bulb or ballast replacement.• Clean and clear all work areas after installation is complete.Materials to be Installed:Exact Graybar supplies and part numbers shall be identified during the site visit, if needed. Quantities listed above are estimates only.Installation Locations:Lighting shall be installed in various facility areas, including:• Hallways• Offices• Training room• Kitchen/breakroom• Three (3) 4ft regular bulbs are specifically needed in the public women's restroom (lobby area), where existing lighting is inadequate in the stalls.Additional Requirements:Installation locations and exact quantities shall be determined during the site visit. Materials shall be supplied by DHR St. Clair Co. Office.• Unit price shall cover: installation, ballast and bulb removal, and cleanup.• Debris, old ballasts, lamps, and bulbs shall be disposed of off-site.• Verify with POC that supplies are on-site before scheduling installation.• Quote shall include all costs, including trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, and any additional amounts necessary to complete the work.• All vendors shall have a current license on file at the time of award and installation.• All work shall be completed in one trip and finished in May 2025.Payment Terms:Net 30, paid in arrears after service completion. No invoicing prior to service completion.
