Specifications include, but are not limited to:MCHD is proposing a multi phased project to repair multiple exterior waterproofing, drainage and safety components of the Keeler building. Phase #01 will replace downspouts; terminate underground drainage and transfer to surface splash block drainage. Replace perimeter roofing drainage, remove and properly install perimeter overflow scuppers and drains. Repair eyebrow roofing panels/flashings. Repair wall cracks. Replace deteriorated lumber on and within the eyebrow roof/fascia/soffit. Provide waterproof coatings from the eyebrow roof upward to the interior parapet wall as described within this solicitation. Phase #02 will repair and replace ingress and egress doors, stairwells and handrails. Repair window waterproofing. Remove and replace (1) one window frame and sash. Repair exterior wall system. Remove and replace areas of exterior wall system. Prepare and waterproof coat the exterior wall system. Prepare and waterproof seal various concrete and metals. Prepare and coat tongue and groove decking.
