Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary and proper for complete tank renovation and any required site work. The scope of work to be performed shall include interior and exterior surface preparation, maintenance and repair (as required), coating, testing, disinfection, accessories, site cleanup and landscaping.
