Specifications include, but are not limited to: •This project will renovate all ten residence halls of approximately 1,000 beds in the Quad Residence area. These rooms typically consist of double-occupancy rooms with a shared bathroom. Four of the residence halls were built in 1938; the remaining six residence halls were built in 1952. •The proposed project will renovate the Quad in five phases, each consisting of two buildings a year, until all ten residence halls are updated. AU Housing is planning to vacate two buildings per years to accomplish this phased renovation strategy. •The project budget is estimated to be $12,350,000 per phase for each of the five phases, for an estimated total project cost of $61,750,000. •The LEED goals for this project have not been determined at this time. •The successful firm will be selected based upon documented qualifications of the Project Team and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with Auburn University, as determined during the interview.
