Specifications include, but are not limited to: uccessful applicant will complete the tasks outlined below: 1. Develop a letter of intent to determine those communities who are interested in the Community Engagement Incentive Grant. 2. Develop an RFP for Community Engagement Incentive Grant, which at a minimum will require recipients to: o Hire a case manager to implement a Post Incarceration Case management (PICM) program, o Agree to become a Stepping Up County (a national initiative), o Obtain letters of support from key officials in their community, and o Propose a plan for sustaining their PICM program beyond the one-year grant. 3. Provide technical assistance and training to grant recipients throughout the 12-month grant period to 28 new projects so that the project is implemented statewide over two years. 4. Represent ADMH at national Stepping Up meetings (in-person and virtual). 5. Design and implement a program evaluation plan for PICM
