1) System should be fully integrated and configured to be controlled by the subsequent GCMS. 2) System should be able to be coupled with an Agilent 7890A GC and the controlling computer system. Should be mounted on the top of GC. 3) Must combine liquid injector, static headspace injector, and SPME/SPME Arrow accessory into one GC. Should do this without removal of the Agilent injection tower systems. 4) Sample tray capacity should meet the following parameters: 6 tray holders, 1260 1mL vials, 972 2mL vials, or 360 10/20 mL vials The temperature should be able to be controlled at a range of 4 to 20oC. 5) Agitator sample capacity for six heated vial positions to accommodate 2/10/20 mL vials. The agitator should be heat controlled 30 to 200oC in 1oC increments. Should provide orbital interval shaking at speeds selectable from 250 to 750 rpm. 6) Vortex mixer should treat one sample at once. Orbital interval shaking with speeds selectable from 250 to 2,000 rpm. 7) Should have bar code reader capabilities. 8) SPME condition module temperature controlled from 30oC to 350oC in 1oC increments. 9) Equipped with a wash module, centrifuge module, and dilutor module available for single or up to five diluents. 10) Heat stirrer with cycloid shaped mixing with speeds selectable from 0 to 1,600 rpm agitation. 11) Tray cooler with three rack capacity. Temperature range 4 to 40oC. For samples 1 mL, 2mL, 10 mL and 20 mL. Each tray holds 70 1 mL, 54 2 mL or 15 10/20 mL vials (rack dependent). 12) Accommodates deep-well and standard microplates.
