The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors to provide all material, equipment, labor, and incidentals for the construction of a new Ballpark Concession/Bathroom Facility at the northwest corner of the municipal stadium at Volanta Park, located at 701 Volanta Avenue, Fairhope, AL. The site contains an existing bathroom that will be demolished prior to the issuance of a contract. The project entails sitework, footer foundation work, floating slab & slab on grade, CMU wall construction, structural and non-structural wood framing, mechanical, electrical (minimal), plumbing, metal roofing, wall & roof sheathing, concession fixtures, bathroom fixtures & partitions, paint, fit, finishes and similar building construction work tasks.
