Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must provide statewide coverage, on-line scheduling and confirmation, internet repository, daily copy, travel copy, ASC II, videographer, real-time and e-mail transcripts in Word or searchable PDF format as needed. Vendor must provide professional, punctual, licensed shorthand reporters with backup recording method. Vendor must be able to provide coverage on short notice. Vendor must be familiar with regulatory, administrative and general litigation proceedings. The transcripts must adhere to Rule 29 of the Rules of Judicial Administration. Vendor provides hearings, meetings, and depositions transcripts (original, a copy & electronic version) in 7 days to two (2) weeks. Estimate for transcripts should be returned in a prompt manner. Invoices are to be clearly itemized and submitted promptly.
