All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mowing of grass, edging walkways, sidewalks, shrub beds and other areas of travel. The use of blowers to remove grass clippings, leaves, pine straw and any other debris from walkways, parking lot, driveways, parking area, sidewalks and entrance areas to provide a groomed and manicured appearance. Occurrences by the month: January 2 May 2 Sept. 4; Feb. 2 June 4 Oct. 4; March 3 July 4 Nov. 3; April 4 Aug. 4 Dec. 2; Removal of fallen tree limbs performed in conjunction with services above. The trimming of all shrubs and roses to promote healthy growth and appearance. Manual weeding of flowers beds inside in atrium and courtyard. Manual weeding of outdoor planters. Planting of annuals in atrium 4 times per year to fill brick planter. Installation of pine straw in shrub beds 2 times per year. Herbicide to be used on property boundaries and on all overgrown areas that are not mowed as needed to maintain overgrowth.
