Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Layout and mark all areas needing replacement. 2. Demo and remove areas to be replaced to the nearest expansion joint. 3. Dispose of all debris daily either into a roll off container or trucked offsite. 4. Install forms as necessary to retain concrete pour in desired area. 5. Add sand to any area to bring the grade back to adjacent pour thickness, as applicable. 6. Install expansion joint material to control cracking. 7. Light broom finish to professional appearance. 8. Patch with self-leveling compound all minor cracks identified at contractor and MHA walkthrough, each property will have a footage allowance 9. Unless otherwise noted cut curb cracks 6” on each side, remove, pour and lightly broom, each property will have a number count allowance. It is approved to joint seal cracks in curbs less than 1” wide 10. Please include a per square foot of flatwork, a per curb repair price and a by the foot price of concrete sealant on a separate line item for contingency purposes
