Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and services as required to perform to the satisfaction of the City of Hueytown, Alabama, at each of the described parcels of land the following work: Cut all grass, weeds, underbrush to a height range of two (2) inches to four (4) inches. Cut and clear all brush and trees three (3) inches in diameter or smaller and haul away. Cut and clear down trees and haul away. Vertically trim all fence lines and trim around all large objects. All cuttings are to be ground up and left as ground cover not to exceed four (4) inches in height. Remove all items of debris such as tires, gas tanks, etc., and haul away. All work is to be accomplished by the use of bush hog, chain saws, and industrial weed-eaters using blades and cord. No loader will be used. No scraping allowed. No burning will be allowed. ▪ Any property damage is the responsibility of the contractor. ▪ Any equipment damage is the responsibility of the contractor. ▪ Any stuck equipment is the responsibility of the contractor. ▪ There shall be no cut materials left in any ditch or drainage area. ▪ There may be other duties as required which will be set forth in the bid specifications. ▪ Any large amount of trash/garbage shall be bagged and hauled away to an approved landfill and/or dump with the tipping fee ticket attached to invoice to be added to the bid of the abated property. ▪ Work shall be completed within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of Purchase Order. ▪ The City of Hueytown, and its employees shall not be held responsible for any errors when assisting in the approximate location of property lines for nuisance abatement that results in damage in any way by the third party contractors.
