Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor is responsible for designing an external website and an internal website usingContent Management System (CMS) software for the RSA and provide the content code to theRSA. Both sites will be hosted by the RSA. The Vendor will also provide training, maintenance,and support plus any future updates if requirements change.1. The Vendor must be able to provide a project plan for designing the website and theintranet to include a CMS software implementation project plan.2. The Vendor must be able to develop a website and intranet that provides a consistentlook and easy navigation. The site must have an attractive mix of text, photos andgraphics. The website must adopt the color schemes that exist on the current site.3. Both sites must provide for high-speed upload/download response times for both lowand high speed computers.4. The website must meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards.5. The sites must be compatible with current versions of commonly used Internet browsers.6. Information currently on the website and intranet must be included.7. The site must be designed for 24/7/365 usage.8. The Vendor must work with the Communications Division of the RSA to determinewebsite and intranet content information and a navigation framework.9. The Vendor must provide design mock ups of website and intranet pages.10. The Vendor must provide search engines on both sites. The website will need aseparate search engine for ERS, TRS, JRF, RSA-1, and PEEHIP
