Flooring replacement Perform flooring replacement as per specification. One-time removal and installation all hallways flooring and base board• Remove, dispose and haul off existing carpet and baseboard from all hallways.• Provide Floor Prep based on manufacturer’s requirements for flooring to be installed • Provide and install new flooring - LVT, Mannington Specia wood, 2.5 mm., Color: Nordic Oak• Provide and install new baseboards- 6” Mannington Type TP rubber base, Color: Black brown.• Provide transition strips as needed.• Baseboard Installation includes all prep work to support the installation of new base• Supplier shall leave working area clean.shall include 5% attic stock material, extra for flooring and baseboards that shall be left at DHR.o Work must start in September, ordering materials or possible installationWork schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; No nights, weekends or holidays. DHR not paying overtime. This project does not include overtime.Payment terms: Net 30, paid in arrears. No invoicing prior to completion of service
