Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Approximate measurements of trailers: (Photos attached) Height: 13’6” Width of Rear Door: 8’6” Length: 53’ Lift Gate: None 2.Area to be wrapped: Trailers will be wrapped with full color wrap on back and both left and right sides. (Full wrap excluding front panel of trailer and cab of truck). 3.Installation of the wraps can be done either on the contractor’s premises or on-site at the Ayers Campus of Gadsden State. To facilitate the ease of transport of the trailers, the contractor performing services requested shall have a facility located within an 80-mile radius of 1801 Coleman Road, Anniston, Alabama. The contractor is responsible for prep/cleanup of trailers if installation is completed on contractor’s premises. If the installation occurs on-site, Gadsden State will be responsible for prep/cleanup of trailers. 4.Contractor must have the capability to remove any vehicle parts necessary for proper installation of vehicle wrap and reassemble parts after installation without incurring damage to wrap or vehicle or incurring additional costs. 5.Warranty: 3 years. 6.Contractor is required to provide Gadsden State a digital proof of the graphic design within 5 business days of receipt of design from Gadsden State. 7. Gadsden State will provide two designs (one for each vehicle) according to the contractor’s template (if any) or in the contractor’s desired format (.eps, .png, .jpg, etc.). 8. The printed design of the Gadsden State logo is process color - Red PMS 200. 9. Wraps must be digital print with UV or laminate. All materials must withstand outdoor elements for a minimum of 3-5 years in weather conditions typical for the state of Alabama.
