The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source solicitation to provide continued engineering and technical support for engineering change proposals (ECPs), in-service maintenance and repairs support; travel and other direct costs (ODCs); and Provisioned Item Orders (PIOs) in support of US Mark 11 (MK11) Sea, Air, and Land (SEAL) Delivery Vehicles (SDV). The contract modification will have a base period plus four (4) option years starting in FY 25.
This requirement will be solicited sole source to Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. (TBE) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. §3204(a)(1), TBE is the incumbent contractor currently performing the MK11 SDV efforts under contract N00024-19-C-6402. At this time, TBE is the only responsible source that possesses the unique knowledge of the MK11 SDV system design and current production capability to continue engineering and technical support of MK11 SDV systems without causing unacceptable delays in fulfilling the Government’s requirements.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested offerors may submit their responses before the close of date and time of this notice to the Government for consideration. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 AM EST on 25 July 2025.
