Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of weeds from shrub beds, flowerbeds, and around trees utilizing a herbicide where possible and/or pulling the weeds if application of a herbicide would damage nearby shrubs, flowers or trees. 2. Apply herbicide to kill grass spots in parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. 3. Blow debris off parking lots and roadways in July and December. 4. Application of a pre-emergent before March 15 to all mulch beds. 5. Application of a pre-emergent in July to all mulch beds. 6. Application of a pre-emergent in October to all mulch beds. 7. Re-mulch all beds annually in late winter or early spring insuring pre-emergent is applied on top of the new mulch. 8. Prune trees and shrubs on a continuing basis to maintain plant profiles and healthy growth.
