ADPH is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive training to ADPH’s training team. The training should be in-person and provide ongoing support. The contractor must be equipped with advanced features to manage complex organizational structures proficiently. The successful awardee must demonstrate a capacity for providing diverse training opportunities that cater to the specific needs of ADPH staff. The awardee must be able to develop custom organization-specific learning paths to support ADPH's strategic initiatives. This contract would also need to provide supplemental materials and ongoing support to increase our effectiveness. Supplemental materials should include: facilitator guides with instructions, participant guides, conceptual videos, customizable PowerPoint® slides, and reproducible job aids. ADPH strives to provide its staff with the most up-to-date developmental trainings in-house to improve workplace productivity and job satisfaction. Ideally, the contractor will provide continued support in refining our selections from their training options and will assist the Department in tailoring new training to our workforce's needs. Our dynamic workforce must stay current on best leadership practices and resources to ensure we are accomplishing our mission. This contract would allow ADPH to access reports from the Everything DiSC® Management kit and apply them to real-world situations. The contractor should demonstrate proficiency in administering the Everything DiSC® certification via a virtual platform, which will allow a minimum of five people to become Everything DiSC® certified. This certification will deepen the training team’s knowledge of the Everything DiSC® model, assessments, and profile results. All materials required for certification must be included.
