2.1 Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing during the Term, Contractor shall provide one or more of the following Services upon the request of and as directed by the Board: 2.1.1 On behalf of and as directed by the Board, the Contractor will provide digital fingerprint collection services for individuals seeking to be licensed by the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board. 2.1.2 The Contractor will work with individuals applying for licensure by the Board requiring a criminal history background investigation (applicants) to secure payment of fees, digitally collect fingerprints, transmit them electronically, and receive or transmit electronic Criminal History Record Information regarding applicants for submission to the Board and ALEA. 2.1.3 The Contractor will collect any and all fees established by ALEA for Rap Back services, should such services become available through ALEA.
