SECTION 1. Demolition 1. Demolish and remove all existing tile. 2. Demolish and remove all existing plaster, including multiple layers of old plaster as necessary to fully expose the concrete shell. 3. Properly dispose of all demolition debris in accordance with applicable regulations. SECTION 2. Surface Preparation & Repairs 1. Inspect all concrete surfaces after demolition. 2. Saw-cut and caulk cracks, if present. 3. If additional structural or surface issues are discovered, repairs shall be submitted for owner approval prior to proceeding. SECTION 3. Tile Installation 1. Replace waterline tile using 6” x 6” tile (final selection to be made by the Owner). 2. Install depth marker tiles and “No Diving” tiles in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, appropriately marking depth changes. 3. Install 2” x 2” black marker tiles on: Steps, Benches, and Steep edges SECTION 4. Bonding & Plaster 1. Apply Bond Kote to all areas to receive plaster. 2. Apply new plaster finish using Diamond Brite – Blue Quartz. SECTION 5. Approximate Dimensions 1. Pool: 93 ft long x 42 ft wide x 3 ft to 5 ft deep 2. Kiddie Pool: 20 ft long x 8 ft wide x 1.5 ft deep 3. Fountain: 9 ft circle x 2 ft deep
