Remove & replace old sealant Perform roof repair as per specification. Roof Sealant has deteriorated in several locations and needs to be stripped and removed and new sealant reapplied to entire roof.• • Supplier shall remove old sealant from all roof areas including isolated spots, ridge cap joints and roof penetrations.• Supplier shall apply sufficient new exterior grade sealant across the entire roof.• Supplier shall provide everything needed for the job.• Supplier shall provide total clean up after completion of work and work area is left clean.• Supplier shall have sufficient equipment/tools to perform service specification. • Supplier shall provide 1 year Labor Warranty• Work shall be completed during normal working hours M-F only No nights, weekends, or holidays.• Upon completion of work, supplier shall meet with Director to review completed performance completed to specification.• Payment Terms: Net 30, paid in arrears after completion of service. No invoicing prior to completion of service.
