All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. 1 Required Item Service and PM For KIngfisher Flex 96 The State of Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is requesting quotes for the Thompson Bishop Sparks State Diagnostic Laboratory 890 Simms Road Auburn, AL 36832 Annual Service Agreement for Kingfisher Flex 96 Deep Well Magnetic Particle Processor SN711-82734 and SN711-2458 to include the following:1) Parts, Labor and Travel for remedial repair.2) No charge for planned maintenance visits. 1 Preventative Maintenance a year the maintenance will be performed during the contract period and should ensure optimal performance for the instrument to prevent any major breakdowns before they happen.3) Guaranty of priority response time of 2 business days after receipt of a service call for instruments. If service is not preformed with in 2 business days for any reason other that the Laboratory failure to provide access to instrument or causes beyond reasonable control to service vendor. The servicing vendor will provide a service plan credit in the amount of one day’s prorated rate for each day of the late response time.4) Target response time of 3 days for remedial repairs from the date and time of receiving a call for repair from the Laboratory.5) Service Provider will have priority telephone and email access to instrument to supply technical support.6) Telephone and email access to application for technical support7) Remote Monitoring and diagnostic service which provides for the notification to laboratory if instrument failures and errors that are reported to the service vendor via remote monitoring service from service vendorPlanned Maintenance1) If for any reason the service vendor feels the equipment needs an extra maintenance during the service plan period, there will be no extra charge to the laboratory.Service Calls 1) Service calls must be received before 2 pm Central Time zone for priority response time for service.
