Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spotlight on Agriculture is an original documentary series about the innovations and contributions of Auburn University to agriculture not only in the State of Alabama, but also to the world. This documentary series is produced by Mike Ousley Productions, Inc., which is the only source of the broadcast and internet streaming rights tot his original programming made the subject of the agreement dated October 18,2023 between the Alabama Educational Television Commission and Mike Ousley Productions, Inc. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING: Ousley Productions agrees to provide to APT, exclusive, unlimited broadcast, internet streaming and distribution rights to four original episodes of Spotlight on Agriculture television programs produced by Ousley. Both Ousley and APT agree the Programs shall: a. be 56:40 minutes in length; b. meet APT's production standards; c. meet APT's editorial integrity and underwriting guidelines; d. be closed captioned as required by the Federal Communications Commission as outlined in the fully executed agreement. For the rights and specifications as outlined above, APT agrees to pay to Ousley eighty-three thousand dollars ($84,000.00) divided equally into four payments of $21,000 each, with each payment due upon receipt of an invoice for the respective show as such show is delivered to APT.
