Software Maintenance and Support Service Provide monthly preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance tasks on an as needed basis to ensure system integrity across all PLC, HMI, and Historian Components, including the development and installation of system updates for Bankhead Tunnel, Wallace Tunnel, I-10 Bayway/Cochrane Bridge, Bayou La Batre Bridge, Tops/ITS PLC Maintenance, TOPS/Tunnel PLC Maintenance. Support services will be billed per hour @ $230.00/hr. Overtime is billed 1.5x over eight, after hours and Saturdays. Sundays and holidays are billed at 2.0x. Onsite service calls are a minimum 4 hour billing. Emergency support is less than 48 hours business day notice.
