Snow& Ice Removal. Qualified firms to provide services for the removal of snow and other frozen precipitation for thefollowing sections Route 3000 as stated below in the Prince William County, Prince William, Virginia. Servicesshall include but not be limited to plowing snow and ice, application of salt and sand, treating "hotspots" or trouble areas and application of liquid chemicals as determined by VDOT roadwaymaintenance standards. Additionally, VDOT is also seeking supplemental heavy equipment andlabor support in the areas of Yard Personnel, Laborers and Riggers to support snowremoval operations in various VDOT maintenance yards in Prince William County.
