1. Coordinate all workdays and times, facility access, and other conditions for cleaning with the Facility Manager, providing adequate advanced notice. 2. Service Contractor shall furnish experienced personnel to perform the specified work and all sufficient time to properly perform and complete all janitorial services. Service Contractor will ensure that staff is on site from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Cleaning shall be completed in this designated window unless prior arrangements are made with Management. Daily and specific tasks will be specified by the Facility Manager. 3. Service Contractor shall properly supervise janitorial staff to ensure that all work is performed satisfactorily in accordance with Contract requirements. The supervisor shall regularly communicate with Facility Management on continually improvements to be made. 4. Service Contractor employees should be neat in appearance and wear or have proper identification on their persons. Service Contractor employees shall be required to wear company uniforms with shirts tucked in, and non-slip, closed toe shoes. Employees shall not use telephones, radios, televisions, or any other electrical devices while on duty. 5. Service Contractor employees shall use all means necessary to protect floors, walls, exhibits, and furnishings from damage caused by equipment and clean materials. If damage does occur during work, the Service Contractor shall immediately notify the Facility Manager and have all repairs or replacements made at no cost to the Owner.
