Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the design of systems and infrastructure that are typically associated with building security system upgrades where multiple buildings and systems will be interconnected, and exterior renovations of an existing concrete entrance canopy. The project includes access control for building entrances and security camera monitoring of public corridors and parking areas. Renovation of existing corridors to control separation of public and private spaces will be required. Exterior renovations to the existing entrance canopy will include steel reinforcement repair and concrete patching per structural engineer’s recommendations report provided by the Owner.
