Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrades to our existing Keri Doors.net access control system will consist of 9 new access control equipment installation (Attachment two, doors 4 through 12) plus upgrades to two existing access doors Attachment two, doors 2 and 3). Each doorway identified will have one of the doors modified by removing the existing overhead concealed closure mechanisms and replacing with external door closures. Each doorway will have piezo sirens installed on the access door and companion doors will have contacts installed to provide alerts should either door be left open (contacts are excluded on the auditorium entryways (Attachment two doors 11 and 12)). The existing doors framework are dark brown (Bronze) in color and, where possible, all items will be dark brown or bronze in color. Completion date will be 30 calendar days from the date of bid award. Doorways must ensure complete closure while projecting the security hardware from damage.
