Alabama SuperCompuer Authority is seeking qualified vendors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, and technical support for our existing security camera systems and access control infrastructure. This solicitation aims to ensure reliable operation, timely updates, and consistent performance of all security equipment to maintain a safe and secure environment for our facilities, staff, and visitors. The scope of work will include regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair services, and software/firmware updates for all installed equipment. The successful contractor will be expected to provide timely responses to service requests, follow all manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures, and ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
